Shape Studies
ILLUSTRATIONS
What started as reductive still life studies has evolved into a practice and celebration of shapes, colors and form. The parameters are to not overthink it and let go of “perfection” — in other words — no pressure, no mistakes, just pure creative impulse.

Yee-haw Brewing Bombers
BRANDING + IDENTITY
Johnson City, Tennessee’s Yee-Haw Brewing Co. created a line of limited release bombers to celebrate their new Smoky Mountain taproom. The request was to create a cohesive brand identity that was distinctly Tennessean. What better way than to pay homage to the state’s musical roots than with song title references that allude to the flavor profiles of these small batch brews. Peony Healing Reiki
BRANDING & IDENTITY
Peony Healing Reiki is an energy healing practice founded by my friend Emme Marshall. Emme was kind enough to offer her therapeutic services in exchange for personal branding work. The logo features Emme channeling her energy and vibration represented through a wave. Light emerges from her chest, blooming into a peony.

Bindu Type Design
TYPE & BOOK DESIGN
Bindu is an exploration of the Sinhalese language through type design. The term Bindu, meaning dots or circles, derives from the letterform’s circular finial shape. In lieu of a type specimen, I created a digestible guide to the language, showcasing the typeface while also helping non-native speakers navigate through the alphabet of this beautiful language.
